New mixing center for liquid chemicals

A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has completed a completely new mixing center for liquid chemicals at its location in Schöneck near Frankfurt am Main. A total of 4 stirred tanks with a mixing volume of 10 m³ each including temperature control. These, consisting of heating up to a temperature of 80 ° C as well as cooling and downstream fine filtering, ensure that temperature profiles, including quality assurance, are run upstream of the downstream storage tanks.

The system also has a large osmosis system with a large storage tank and tanks for liquid raw material components and dosing of powders. Here, A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG tested new technologies in order to produce optimal mixtures in addition to the screw dosing via injector systems.

The filling center, which is also connected, can fill IBC containers and tankers. With this system, A.
