Ebbecke at the formnext trade fair in Frankfurt

Dear customers,

from 15.11. – 18.11.2022 you have the opportunity to find out extensively about new technologies and possibilities for the production of homogeneous 3 – D to inform printer powders. There have been many innovations in our company over the past two years. We would be happy to introduce them to you personally and cordially invite you to our booth F62 in Hall 11.1. The company A. Ebbecke VT AG has received more and more inquiries and new systems specializing in the production of homogeneous 3-D printer powders, especially in recent years. Our many years of experience together with our strategic partner Air Liquid led to a new development of various mostly cryogenic processes in the field of mixing, grinding, screening and sifting. In addition to the expansion of capacities through the construction of several new cryogenic grinding plants for the production of powders of the products PA, TPU and PP with pin mills from our partner Gotic, we present our newly developed e-Power screening plant with which electrostatics can be eliminated and thus with improved performance and grain spectrum, homogeneous, selectable powders can be produced. We offer our customers the handling of complete supply chains including homogenization, grinding, sifting, filling in special containers and logistics. New facility under construction: We are pleased to welcome the new melting plant for the use of organic peroxides in special containers at our Schöneck site. In addition to the center built with BImSchG approval, consisting of feeding, melting, rinsing with demineralized water and filling into transport containers, we also handle up to 1000 tons per year here as part of a complex outsourcing project with our long-standing customer. The plant will go into operation on schedule in January 2023.
