The Cleanroom Concept: Pharma conditions for food and nutritional supplements
Our special hygiene site in Schöneck is home to an innovative hygiene concept. As a novelty we have set up a complete production plant, encapsulated as a building within a building. All feeding lines, as well as the ventilation, have been placed in a special shaft outside of the production space.
This, in combination with the hospital standard ventilation system, allows us to filter even viruses and bacteria from the air, providing an extremely clean production atmosphere. The whole system has a 24 times air exchange and especially developed social areas accessible through airlocks.

The foundation of A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG’s is based on our employees‘ expertise, state-of-the-art machinery as well as our in-house analytics laboratory. A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has decided that for each order that is placed, a tree will be planted on the ecological compensation area in Schöneck. The planting of new trees and the subsequent growth period results in a particularly high adsorption of CO2, which is then turned into oxygen. This will be our contribution to CO2 neutral production and offers you as a customer the chance to join us in actively participating in environmental protection.
