A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has commissioned a new melting plant for the processing of additives in the field of infrastructure overland cable production for an international customer.

The new plant is designed for a capacity of two thousand tonnes per year and consists of a rinsing plant with deionised water for international transport containers, a drying plant and a melting plant with agitator equipment and container filling plant. The entire plant was built in accordance with the Federal Emissions Directive and is operated in three shifts. The plant emphasises the customer-oriented service of A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik, for which the existing upstream production facilities provide an additional opportunity for customers to initiate business. The entire facility is operated under Ex conditions and also includes a special climate-controlled logistics system for receiving both empty and finished containers to ensure a closed-loop system for its customers in an international context.
