The fine grinding systems used enable agglomerates to be broken up and solid grain structures to be broken down to the finest grinding. The material to be ground is rubbed in a finely adjusted grinder in order to achieve the most homogeneous grinding possible. Fine grinding usually takes place at low speeds in order to increase the storage stability of the products. This type of grinding makes it possible to achieve very narrow grain spectra.    <\/p><p>The storage stability of certain products can also be improved with the addition of liquids by means of fine grinding. Fine grinding processes are particularly suitable for breaking down agglomerates &#8211; especially for crystallized goods. <\/p><p><strong>Fine Mill at Ebbecke Process Engineering<\/strong><\/p><p>All grinding systems for bulk material processing are made of stainless steel and designed as closed systems with dosing devices, discharge with disposable filters, separators and bunkers. These include, for example, plant-based substances, foodstuffs and plastics. With our fine-mill systems, we can ensure not only the dissolution of agglomerates and the breaking up of solid grain structures in high quality in the field of contract grinding, but also the ultra-fine grinding of materials in reproducible product quality. In addition, experts at Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik check the accuracy of the fine grinding results in the company&#8217;s own laboratory and can thus ensure that all quality criteria have been met. Laser diffraction devices, test sieve shakers and air jet sieves are available for this purpose.  <\/p><p>For applications in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors, special attention must also be paid to hygienic conditions &#8211; this is where micronization under hygiene standards comes into play.
