company process, such as purchasing, is <b>outsourced <\/b>to a third-party company in order to obtain more favorable conditions for procurement, for example.<\/li><li><b>On-site management: <\/b>This involves an external service provider taking over the function of a department of the customer&#8217;s business on the customer&#8217;s premises while retaining some or all of the existing
