The tumbler screening machines in Bruchk\u00f6bel are used for fine and ultra-fine screening of dry goods. The circular motion of the tumbler screen transports the product in a spiral from the center to the outer wall of the tumbler screening machines. <\/p>

Process steps of tumbler screening<\/strong><\/p>

  1. The product to be sieved is placed in the center of the sieve inserts. In the center of the sieve insert, the tumbler screening machine acts like a flat sieve. To be more precise, this means that the product is not thrown, but is given time to stratify itself according to the grain size. Sensitive and high-quality goods are protected to a high degree. <\/li>
  2. The fine material moves down through the coarse material against the screen and through the meshes. At the same time, the screenings are conveyed radially outwards and thus reach the area of greater vertical acceleration. <\/li>
  3. The screen mat is pulled apart by the increasing surface area, so that the boundary grains also have the opportunity to reach the screen. This increases the screening efficiency by 5-15 % compared to other screening systems. <\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/section>
