The newly developed Linear Sieve<\/a> is located at our plant in Sch\u00f6neck. This combined sieve sifter system, equipped with an ascending sifter, enables coarse material to be sieved out while simultaneously sifting long-fibered product components. This type of system is used, for example, for the technically demanding contract screening<\/a> of plastic pellets<\/a> in order to separate both elongated strands and fibrous angel hair.<\/p>

The adjustable stroke length, the infinitely variable inclination adjustment of the screen cloth and the frequency converter-controlled motor speed allow a wide range of products and grain sizes to be screened perfectly. Continuous cleaning of the screen insert reduces clogging of the screen cloth. Due to the long-stroke excitation of the screen cloth, the best possible separation efficiency is achieved, while the long-stroke plane movement prevents the build-up of elongated particles. The result is a greatly reduced proportion of faulty particles in the end product.<\/p>
