Granulate production with maximum precision
Using state-of-the-art plant technology, we produce granulates with precisely defined hardness and abrasion resistance thanks to infinitely variable contact pressure. This ensures consistent product homogeneity and prevents segregation. Low-dust granulates facilitate handling and improve mixing properties. We also reduce the container volume through targeted compaction – while maintaining the same active ingredient content.
“Drum Mix” refers to the contract blending of bulk materials using modern plowshare blending systems. This process enables the production of mixtures consisting of multiple components and can be used as a flexible supplement or alternative to in-house blending facilities.
The Drum Mix operates with mixing chamber volumes ranging from 0.2 m³ to 9.0 m³, depending on the system type. The systems feature product-contact parts made of polished stainless steel, gravimetric dosing, integrated spray nozzles for liquids, and multiple shredders.
Yes, the drum mixing systems are equipped with nozzle racks and spray devices for applying liquid additives to substrate material. This is particularly relevant for coating processes, functional additives, and the uniform coating of bulk materials.
