The vibratory/rotary screening machine enables you to contract screen difficult-to-screen products that would clog up screen feeders. This applies in particular to greasy and oily products as well as products with very low bulk densities. For this purpose, an eddy current bed is generated by means of a vane mechanism rotating in half-sieve shells. Targeted vibration overlays on the outer screen cloth prevent the cloth from sticking together and thus ensure high-quality screening of even the most delicate products.

The production of homogeneous grain structures ensures a uniform end product, while protective sieving reliably breaks up agglomerates. In addition, the fractionation of energy-sensitive products enables precise separation without impairing their physical or chemical properties. This ensures efficient, gentle and high-quality processing.
Centrifugal screening is a screening process for challenging bulk materials in which a rotating set of blades creates a vortex bed. This makes it possible to screen even greasy, oily, or very light products that would quickly clog conventional screen meshes.
Vibration and rotary screening are particularly well-suited for products that are fatty, oily, soft, light, or sensitive to heat. This process enables precise separation without subjecting the product to unnecessary thermal or mechanical stress.
