We carry out a wide range of testing and laboratory services in our state-of-the-art laboratory. Our customers value us as a neutral and independent analytical service provider and use our technical and scientific services.

We measure and determine the residual moisture of all common powders, granulates and films. Particle size analyses are possible using various methods in the μm range. The exact determination of the pH value is important basic information for many containers. In addition to determining the water content and moisture content as well as the grain size analysis, we define the grain shape for you, create microscopic images and determine the bulk density, tapped density or annealing residues.

Water content can be determined using, among other methods, Karl Fischer titration. This method is particularly well-suited for precise water content analysis and is frequently used when low levels of residual moisture need to be reliably measured.

Various methods can be used for particle size analysis in the micrometer range, including vibrating sieving, air jet sieving, laser diffraction from suspension, and laser diffraction with a dry measurement cell. The choice of method depends on the product type and the purpose of the analysis.

In the laboratory, physical properties such as bulk density, tapped density, flowability, caking behavior, particle shape, ash content, and particle structure can be tested. These values help to better assess the processing, storage, and quality of powders or granules.
