Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG is your specialist for demanding tasks in the field of contract grinding, including for powders. The fine grinding systems used enable the dissolution of agglomerates and the breaking up of solid grain structures through to ultra-fine grinding during micronization.
All of our bulk material processing grinding systems are made of stainless steel and designed as closed systems with dosing equipment, discharge with disposable filters, separators and bunkers. Accordingly, they comply with the strict specifications and hygiene standards of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Flexible from delivery to filling
Storage stability through targeted addition of superplasticizer
Our ultra-fine grinding enables the production of particularly narrow particle size ranges – if required, with the addition of superplasticizers to improve storage stability. Plastic pellets and crystallized goods can be efficiently crushed, agglomerates destroyed and oversized particles reliably removed by screening or sifting.
For maximum product safety, the processes can be combined with integrated metal detection. We carry out laser diffraction and moisture measurements for continuous quality control in our own laboratory. On request, micronization can be carried out under strict hygiene standards – ideal for applications in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors.
The Fine Mill enables high-precision contract grinding and micronization of powders. It can break up agglomerates, disrupt solid particle structures, and produce narrow particle size distributions to meet specific product requirements.
The Fine Mill covers target particle sizes ranging from 1.0 to 5,000 µm. This makes it suitable for both very fine micronization and coarser grinding tasks in bulk material processing.
Among other things, Ebbecke uses classifier mills, air-jet mills, spiral-jet mills, pin mills, impact cross mills, hammer mills, Fitzmills, sieve mills, disc mills, crushers, graters, as well as cryogenic and nitrogen-flushed systems.
The Fine Mill is suitable for applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, as well as other industries with high hygiene and quality requirements. Enclosed stainless-steel systems, disposable filters, separators, and hoppers support clean and controlled processes.
Yes, if necessary, flow aids can be added to improve storage stability. In addition, oversized particles can be removed through screening or sifting, and processes can be monitored using metal detection, laser diffraction, and moisture measurement.
