The company A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG with its strategic partner Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH has extensive know-how and a wealth of experience in the field of cryogenic grinding of plastic granulates used in 3D printing.
Due to the large and constantly growing demand, together with our partner, Gotic Anlagenbau, we have expanded an existing large-scale plant with a Gotic pin mill, including the integrated new E-Power screening technology from A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG, which completely eliminates electrostatics, as well as the intention of the fines. This allows grain spectra to be produced between a lower and upper grain limit in the typical grain ranges of 20 µm to 200 µm.
The plant is operated in 3-shift operation around the clock and therefore has a homogeneous and constant quality of the end products, which is essential for 3D printer powder. In addition to the new expanded processing plant, our company has special analysis equipment in our laboratories. A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has a chemical laboratory, a physical laboratory and a microbiology laboratory at its Schöneck site. The entire plant has a capacity of 1,200 tons with an average throughput of 160 kg/h.
