Your Responsibilities
- General Janitorial Duties
- Performing Repair Work
- Ensuring Order and Cleanliness in Outdoor Areas
- Maintenance of green spaces (mowing, fertilizing, watering, pruning plants, etc.)
- Placing orders with contractors after consultation; monitoring and inspecting the work performed
- Winter Road Maintenance
Your Profile
- Experience in technical/trades-related fields – All-rounder
- Craftsmanship
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ideally, a license to operate forklifts, tractors, excavators, etc.
