Contract processing describes the complete process of the product to be processed. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG offers a wide range of services in the field of process engineering, from contract sieving to contract mixing and contract filling.
An overview of the services
- Contract filling – Filling of various substances and liquids in big bags, octabins, drums, fiber drums, sacks, cardboard packaging, buckets, cans or special containers.
- Contract mixing – Homogeneous mixtures and coatings from a wide variety of bulk materials using state-of-the-art mixing machinery, drum mixers, container mixers, nautical mixers, high-speed mixers, rotary drum mixers, vortex screw mixers and other special mixing systems.
- Contract grinding – Particle reduction by micronization describes the grinding, pulverization or granulation of various substances – for example for the production of medical products, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
- Contract screening – The removal of foreign matter for a pure end product. With the help of special systems developed in-house, Ebbecke can even process products that are difficult to screen, such as screenings with a low bulk density, as well as sensitive screenings such as pyrogenic or precipitated silica.
- Contract compacting – The production of granulates or compacts. At Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik, even materials that are difficult to process are compacted to reduce dust.
- Contract drying – Surface moisture, capillary moisture or crystal moisture in the best hands. Each product has its own drying requirements. Careful vacuum or spray drying is technically important as an additional process step before the further processing of numerous intermediate or end products in the chemical industry.
- Contract pastillation – Melting liquid substances into granules. The granulate is produced as pastilles, flakes or coarse sheets using modern systems. An efficient conversion process is achieved by continuously transferring the molten starting product into granulate form using cooling belts.
An important part of working with individual media and liquids is the cleaning of contaminated substances. Ebbecke in Bruchköbel uses an inductive metal detector that detects even the finest metal abrasions and reliably separates them from the good product. See Demagnetic
