Cryogenic grinding system

Cryogenic is a term for substances, processes and properties associated with extremely low “cryogenic” temperatures. The cryogenic grinding system is used to grind substances at cryogenic temperatures. One example of this is dry ice. As all Ebbecke grinding systems are made of stainless steel and are designed as closed systems with dosing devices, discharge with disposable filters, separators and bunkers, safe and high-quality grinding of temperature-sensitive substances can be guaranteed.

Cryogens and their intended use
Cryogens are substances with extremely low temperatures. One of their uses is the cooling of superconductors. Liquid hydrogen and oxygen are also used as fuel for rocket engines, for example in the Ariane 5 rocket or the space shuttle.
