Granulation for the highest product quality

We can guarantee contract compaction as a grain structure from a powder mixture using a wide variety of brands. We have both Alexanderwerk and Hosokawa BPEX systems at our disposal, particularly at the Schöneck site. These are equipped differently depending on requirements. The systems are equipped with Combi-Vent systems for continuous return conveying, vacuuming to optimize grain hardness, multi-stage granulation and undersize grain screening via long screening paths, which also ensure the rounding of the outer edges due to the arrangement and thus provide you with low-dust products for further processing or for your customers.

All compactor systems can be run in round-the-clock operation in order to provide you with optimum cost and performance parameters. In principle, all standard industrial containers can be used in the compacting systems, both for feeding and filling.

With our wide range of pelletizing systems, we produce pellets and compacts in all shapes and sizes for our customers on a contract basis. Our modern pelletizing systems consist of roller compactors, pelletizers, drum pelletizers and extruders. Our pelletizing systems are also equipped with vacuum systems and fully automatic press force regulation.

Wage compacting - precision, flexibility and confidentiality

High-tech for the perfect product

Our stainless steel compactor systems generally consist of the product feed to the roller, a deaeration unit by means of vacuuming and counter-rotating rollers with infinitely adjustable pressing force and speed regulation. This involves pre-granulation of the pressed flakes, followed by fine granulation of the pre-granulated product and sieving of the fine fraction with continuous return of the sieved fines.

By combining the granulation systems with sieve layers, oversize and undersize grain limits can be defined. This allows us to produce an end product for our customers that has homogeneous flow properties as well as homogeneous bulk density and tapped density properties thanks to its uniform grain shape and grain statics. This forms the basis for uncomplicated subsequent processing of the product, which is reflected not least in its perfect dosing properties.

Even for delicate products

Our roll compactor offers the process engineering solution for processing particularly low-dust products, as the roll compactor can be used to compact powdery components into granulate with a very low dust content. The pressing force of the roll compactor is infinitely variable. In addition, part of the system is equipped with pre-compaction by means of a vacuum feed.

Our process engineers have several options for adapting both the shape and the properties of the end product according to customer requirements. For example, our pelletizing systems allow the pelletizing of products that are difficult to flow and the manufacture of end products with a defined degree of strength. The surface hardness and thus the abrasion behavior can also be specifically influenced.
