Oily and liquid substances can also be processed efficiently in our contract grinding and contract filling facilities.

Cryogenic grinding (cold grinding) is used to solidify liquid products at extremely low temperatures and then process them like solids into a fine powder. This process is particularly gentle, prevents thermal stress and preserves the product properties. The result is free-flowing, easy-to-dose powders – ideal for further processing, storage or packaging.

Contract filling and complete service for bulk and free-flowing goods

Thanks to our modern machinery, we can process almost any bulk and flowable material as a contract filler – whether powder, viscous, pasty, floury, fine or coarse-grained. As a reliable contract processor with a wide range of services, we not only fill, but also provide our customers with a full range of contract processing services. To put it more concretely: we fill the delivered bulk material. In addition, we weigh, mix, sieve, dry and pasteurize the goods on site in accordance with our customers’ wishes and the binding chemical, GMP, HACCP and even kosher standards.

At Ebbecke, we know how important flexibility is in production. For example, we offer our customers individual support for peak loads that require extended production. Thanks to the high flexibility of our systems, we are able to process a wide range of campaign sizes for our customers, even at short notice. As a competent contract filler, we offer an all-round service for your goods with sampling, sample dispatch, packaging, labeling, storage, loading and dispatch management in contract filling.

Our self-image as an all-round service provider also includes taking care of process documentation, professional storage and interim storage as well as handling logistical and customs-related tasks. Our extensive, protected storage areas enable us to store large quantities of goods in various containers. This service guarantees you smooth delivery availability of your products, allowing you to dispense with your own warehousing.
