For filling your bag, drum and carton containers

Our filling systems enable you to outsource filling services on calibrated scales from storage silos or big bags / octabins. We fill on semi-automatic machines into all common types of containers for bulk goods and bulk goods through to special packaging such as EVA bags and thus offer you flexible filling capacities that can be used at short notice to replace or supplement your own filling systems.

Technical data

  • Package types: valve bags, open-mouth bags, cardboard packaging, drums and fiber drums
  • Container closure: plastic bags, welded; paper bags, sewn; valve bags, valve-welded or folded; cardboard boxes / drums with inliner tied to the gooseneck and closed with clips
  • Parts in contact with the product: Stainless steel, partially electropolished
  • Feeding from 100 m³ silos, alternatively from big bags, octabins, sacks or cardboard boxes
  • Number of filling lines: 12
  • Contract filling systems: Dosing screw weighers, turbine packers, compressed air packers, downpipe packers, small container filling systems
  • Supplementary to this: Position of folding metal boxes as transport containers in the return cycle

Areas of application

Our systems enable the precise and efficient filling of a wide range of container types – from cardboard boxes and fiber drums to valve bags and open-mouth bags weighing between 5 and 25 kg, as well as special bags. We also gently fill and palletize thin-walled EVA bags to ensure the highest product quality and transport safety.
