THE SOLUTION FOR FILLING YOUR SACKS, DRUMS AND CARDBOARD BOXES
Our filling lines allow for you to outsource your filling processes from storage silos / big bags / octabins via calibrated weighing scales. We perform filling operations on semi-automatic filling lines and fill all conventional packaging units for bulk materials as well as special units, e. g. EVA bags, and thus provide flexible filling capacity, to be used as replacement or expansion of your existing machinery, and available at short notice.
Technical Data
- Packaging units: Valve bags, open sacks, cardboard boxes, drums and fiber drums
- Closing systems: Plastic sacks with welded seam; sewn paper sacks; valve bags with welded or folded valve; cardboard boxes / drums with inner lining tied up and closed using clips
- Product touching components: stainless steel, partially e-polished
- Feeding from 100-m³-silos, alternatively from big bags, octabins, sacks or cardboard boxes
- Number of filling lines: 12
- Contract filling systems: Dosing screw scales, impeller packer, compressed air packer, gravity packer, filling machines for small packaging units
- Additionally: Provision of returnable metal folding boxes as transport container
