Testing and laboratory services
We carry out a wide range of testing and laboratory services in our state-of-the-art laboratory. Our customers value us as a neutral and independent analytical service provider and use our technical and scientific services.
We measure and determine the residual moisture of all common powders, granulates and films. Particle size analyses are possible using various methods in the μm range. The exact determination of the pH value is important basic information for many containers. In addition to determining the water content and moisture content as well as the grain size analysis, we define the grain shape for you, create microscopic images and determine the bulk density, tapped density or annealing residues.
Using laser dry cells and laser moisture measuring systems, moisture measurements using moisture measuring scales, Karl Fischer analysis and hydro tracers for the lowest residual moisture levels
Bulk density | tapped density | test sieving | air jet sieving | flowability | caking behavior | microscopy
Chemical titrations | gas chromatograph | infrared spectrometer | etc.
