Liquid mixtures and liquid/powder mixtures

Liquid products are often processed in the mixing area by means of high shear effects, which can be ensured using reactors with different mixing systems. Special agitators for IBCs, but also containers, offer the possibility of mixing products with light bulk densities such as pyrogenic silica into liquids.

The combination of our liquid mixing systems as suspensions or dispersions for the production of filling systems offers you the possibility of mapping holistic productions in our company. A wide range of special pumps such as air-operated diaphragm pumps, peristaltic pumps, eccentric pumps and others are used to meet the hygienic requirements and pumpability of the products.

A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG can produce up to 10,000 tons of liquid mixtures according to customer specifications. These can be stored on site and supplied in different containers.

The special stainless steel system can fill IBC and tanker containers. Ebbecke supplies a large part of the European market with a variety of different liquid mixtures.
