Liquid substances and liquid-/ powder mixtures
Processing of liquids usually involves high shearing forces which are obtained through reactors consisting of different mixing systems. Special agitators for IBCs, but also for containers, even allow for light materials such as pyrogenic silica to be mixed into a liquid creating a suspension or dispersion.
The combination of our liquid mixing machines and our filling machines offers the possibility of a fully vertically integrated production in our facilities, involving the use of a number of different special pumping systems to achieve the different hygienic requirements along with the pumpability of the product, e.g. pneumatic membrane pumps, peristaltic pumps, excenter pumps etc.

Strategic outsourcing in the area of liquid mixtures
The company A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG can produce up to 10,000 tons of liquid mixtures according to customer specifications. These can be stored on site and supplied in different containers.
The special stainless steel plant can fill IBC and tanker containers. Ebbecke supplies a large part of the European market with a variety of different liquid mixtures.
