Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG is your specialist for demanding tasks in the field of contract grinding, including for powders. The fine grinding systems used enable the dissolution of agglomerates and the breaking up of solid grain structures through to ultra-fine grinding during micronization.

All of our bulk material processing grinding systems are made of stainless steel and designed as closed systems with dosing equipment, discharge with disposable filters, separators and bunkers. Accordingly, they comply with the strict specifications and hygiene standards of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

Storage stability through targeted addition of superplasticizer

Areas of application

Our ultra-fine grinding enables the production of particularly narrow particle size ranges – if required, with the addition of superplasticizers to improve storage stability. Plastic pellets and crystallized goods can be efficiently crushed, agglomerates destroyed and oversized particles reliably removed by screening or sifting.

For maximum product safety, the processes can be combined with integrated metal detection. We carry out laser diffraction and moisture measurements for continuous quality control in our own laboratory. On request, micronization can be carried out under strict hygiene standards – ideal for applications in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors.
