Special mixing systems for various applications
With a total capacity of over 20,000 tons per year, A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has a wide range of different mixing systems at its disposal. In addition to the classic ploughshare mixing system with integrated spraying and measuring can weighing system, the company has various sizes of nautical mixers, container mixers, trough mixers with belt mixing tools, Rhön wheel mixers, Eirich mixers, vortex screw mixers and special mixing systems for fragile catalysts. Various systems such as the Eirich mixer can also be used for granulating and dispersing.
Depending on the hygiene standard, a wide variety of special mixing systems are used to achieve an ideal mixing result even for demanding products such as 3D printer applications, chemical additives, cosmetic products, animal health and animal feed productsas well as foodstuffs, among others.

Ebbecke’s range of mixing machines is supplemented by a fully automatic gravimetric measuring can weighing system as well as choppers, nozzle sticks and loading options for various containers. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG is thus technically equipped for every conceivable task in the field of contract mixing, even for the contract mixing of particularly shear-sensitive bulk materials.
The quality of our mixing machines is reflected in the technical details: components that come into contact with the product are consistently made of stainless steel in accordance with current hygiene standards. Furthermore, all mixing systems can be easily and completely cleaned, disinfected and fully inspected for final inspection. Integrated exhaust air filter systems capture the aspiration dust generated during the mixing process, thus minimizing product loss of the bulk material and environmental pollution.
Furthermore, our state-of-the-art ploughshare mixing systems, for example, enable the homogeneous mixing of a wide variety of components. The mixing systems are all equipped with powerful choppers and nozzle bars for spraying liquid additives onto carrier material. As an all-round service provider, we also offer our customers flexible mixing capacities that can be used at short notice to replace or supplement their own mixing systems.
Ebbecke does not sell any goods that it manufactures itself, but works as a partner to industry as part of the TIM (Total Industrial Management) concept. Our employees know that the product properties, process technologies and mixing ratios have been worked hard for by our industrial partners. They also know that this know-how often forms the basis of a business model or a successful product. Ebbecke therefore treats customer, product and processing data with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
