Contract mixing on a large scale - with our ploughshare mixing systems

Our ploughshare mixing systems enable you to produce mixtures from various components. All systems are equipped with choppers and nozzle bar for spraying liquid additives onto carrier material. With these high-tech mixing systems, Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik offers you flexible mixing capacities that can be used at short notice to replace or supplement your existing mixing systems.

Granulate production with maximum precision

Areas of application

Using state-of-the-art plant technology, we produce granulates with precisely defined hardness and abrasion resistance thanks to infinitely variable contact pressure. This ensures consistent product homogeneity and prevents segregation. Low-dust granulates facilitate handling and improve mixing properties. We also reduce the container volume through targeted compaction – while maintaining the same active ingredient content.
