Wage pastillation
As part of our contract pastillation services, we convert molten products into granules or pastilles, flakes or coarse sheets, depending on customer requirements. By continuously converting the molten starting product into granulate form using cooling belts, we achieve an efficient conversion process with homogeneous quality in a continuous process.
The use of different brands of cooling belts and pastillation systems also ensures that the shape of the pastilles and therefore the end products can be individually influenced. Deliveries can be made by tanker to our 30 m³ tanks inside the hall. All tanks and pipes are heated right up to the feed roller. Segregation can be prevented by pumping around the tank containers. The solidified products are removed from the cooling belt by means of a removal knife and discharge by means of a full-blade screw conveyor.
A suction pneumatic system ensures that the products are cooled as a closed system. Alternatively, special containers such as buckets and cans can be made possible through the use of inclined conveyor belts.

Depending on the product, industry and requirements, we work with different feeding systems, such as the efficient Rotoformer process. Additional equipment for grinding, crushing or shredding is not necessary. This lowers energy consumption, protects the environment and reduces your costs. The granulates produced in this way are dimensionally stable, have a homogeneous grain spectrum and are practically dust-free. The products granulated by Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik are also free-flowing and can be easily transported, mixed, stored or further processed.
The handling from the initial state of the material to the finished pastillized product is delicate and technically complex. In order to achieve an end product with the properties desired or pre-formulated by the customer as cost-effectively as possible, several requirements must be met: firstly, the developers and employees must have in-depth process engineering knowledge. Secondly, high-tech must be used, as consistently high product quality can only be achieved with modern pastillation machines.
The following applies to all contract pastillation orders entrusted to us: Our employees know that the product properties and process technologies have been worked hard for by our industrial partners. They also know that this know-how often forms the basis of a business model or a successful product. Customer, product and processing data for contract manufacturing are therefore treated with the utmost confidentiality and discretion at Ebbecke. As part of the TIM concept (Total Industrial Management), Ebbecke is therefore the perfect outsourcing partner for any technical form of contract manufacturing.
