The Linear Sieve enables contract screening with maximum flexibility. Due to the adjustable stroke length, the continuous inclination adjustment of the sieve mesh and the motor speed that can be controlled by a frequency converter, a wide variety of products and grain sizes can be screened perfectly. A continuously operating screen insert cleaning system reduces blocking of the screen mesh. Due to the long-stroke excitation of the mesh, the best possible separation efficiency is achieved, while the long-stroke in-plane movement prevents the forming of long particles. The result is a greatly reduced proportion of faulty particles in the end product.
A revolutionary novelty has been developed at our site in Schöneck: This combined screen sifter plant equipped with an ascending sifter enables coarse material to be screened out while at the same time separating long-fiber product components. This type of machinery is used, for example, in the technically demanding screening of plastic granulates in order to separate both long strands and fibrous so-called angel hair.
