The ultrasonic screening plant
At Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG, the new pulsation process developed together with ultrasonic generators was combined with a specially designed plan-sifter screening plant. This ensures that even very fine powders that are difficult to screen can be screened with very gentle treatment.
The grain destruction otherwise occurring with conventional ultrasonic processes, especially with platelet-shaped powders, has been significantly reduced. Powders with a very high fineness, low bulk density or tendency to stick are classified as difficult to screen.
Due to its design, the screening plant is equipped with its own dosing technology via a closed-design dosing vibration channel. The screening plant can be infinitely adjusted both in the inclination and in the speed of the horizontal plane excitation as well as in the strength of the ultrasonic pulsation.
