Strategic outsourcing usually requires a complex project in which a project team from the customer’s side together with a project team from A. This requires an intensive exchange in order to discuss in detail the quality parameters, quantity parameters, but also the required containers and minimum storage quantities as well as process steps in order to ensure the best possible takeover of the customer’s production.

Often, one does not want to have a break in the end customer relationships when relocating production. Thus, the quality and also the previous agreements with the end customer must also be guaranteed in the case of a new production. This requires intensive cooperation with both the end customers and the quality management departments of all those involved in the process.

The experience of several complex outsourcing projects in the meantime has shown that, in addition to the takeover of production, an improvement in quality and production conditions is often associated with outsourcing.
