Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has set up a completely new innovation center in the old plant in Frankfurt am Main in order to concentrate the previous pilot plants and process developments at one location. The Innovation Hub offers you a wide variety of mechanical processes from a wide range of equipment brands and the possibility to combine processes on site. This center is an important support for your research and development work.

Development and testing in the Powder Process Innovation Hub

In all technical developments, our engineers keep an eye on the efficiency of the processes. Because one thing is clear: an innovation can only succeed on the market if the development and the subsequent purchase price remain within defined economic limits. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has been convincing in this respect for years with its pilot plants as centers of in-house development work. Together with our customers, we develop new processes in these extensively equipped test machine parks directly on site, which can be scaled up directly for subsequent large-scale production.

One of the foundations of Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG’s efficiency is the company’s own scientific analysis laboratory. Together with our customers, test series are created and evaluated here, with the help of which precise statements can be made with regard to subsequent cost-effective contract production on a larger scale.

The advantage is obvious: with cost-effective development under optimum conditions, we significantly reduce the financial risk for our clients. Small-scale trials in our company are charged at a flat daily rate for quantities of up to 20 kilograms. The customer then receives a production offer that takes into account the planned processing quantity and production costs.

The utmost confidentiality applies to all inquiries and work in our test technology centre for bulk solids processing: Ebbecke employees know that the product properties and process technologies have been worked hard on by our industrial partners.   • 1 dough mixer, make Lauer, mixing chamber volume 300 l in stainless steel design with kneading screw for the production of pasty mixtures (1 additional small version 20 l available)
  • 1pc. pharmaceutical wheat compactor, make Alexanderwerk, type WP 50/75 in stainless steel design
  • 1 long-stroke screening plant made by Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik, type Planoscreen 100 in stainless steel design, excitation by means of continuously adjustable frequency converter
  • 1 vibratory circular screen, J. Engelsmann, type Jelfix 50 in cast stainless steel design
  • 1 vibrating screen, J. Engelsmann, type Konti, screening surface 0.5 m² in stainless steel design
  • 1 pc. Belt drying system with drying tunnel, tunnel length 1.60 m
  • 1 universal mill, make Netzsch Condux, type CUM 100 with 1 rotor / 1 stator, with grinding inserts: pins, beater cross, blower rotor
  • 1 universal mill, make Pallmann, type PA 150, rotor/stator, with grinding inserts: Pins, beater cross, turbo beater cross in stainless steel design
  • 1 pc. Fitzmill laboratory mill, make Fitzpatrick, rotor diameter: 120 mm with 40 stainless steel sieve inserts
