Testing and development without financial risk

In all technical developments, our engineers keep an eye on the efficiency of the processes. Because one thing is clear: an innovation can only assert itself on the market if the development and the subsequent purchase price remain within a defined economic range. Here, Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has been convincing for years with its technical centers as the origin of in-house development work. Together with our customers, we develop new processes directly on site in these extensively equipped test machine parks, which can be immediately ramped-up to a later large-scale production.

Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG’s in-house scientific analysis laboratory forms the basis of the company’s efficiency. Here we create and evaluate trial-runs in collaboration with our customers, with the help of which precise statements can be made with regard to a cost-effective contract production on a larger scale at a later point.

The advantage is obvious: With cost-effective development under optimal conditions, we considerably reduce the financial risk for our clients. Small-scale tests in our company are charged at a flat daily rate up to a quantity of 20 kilograms. Subsequently, a production offer is submitted to the customer, which takes into account the planned processing quantity and the manufacturing effort.

Ebbecke’s employees know that the product properties, process technologies and mixing ratios have been worked out by our industrial partners.
