Holistic process design

Validation with a view to efficiency and quality

The combination of our technical infrastructure with a deep understanding of the process makes it possible to implement even complex tasks efficiently and economically. Close coordination with our customers and validation in the technical centre creates a resilient process chain – flexibly scalable, economically viable and permanently quality-assured. This is how we create the basis for efficient industrial implementation – with just one contact partner for all process steps.

Economical and practical planning

With the second phase, the e-process, we define the supply chain.

Which individual processes can be optimally combined from a technical and commercial perspective?

Due to the wide range of different machine technologies in the field of mechanical process engineering, A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG is able to take on even complex supply chain projects in their entirety by combining a wide variety of systems. This means that our customers have just one point of contact to realize the entire product through to final packaging for the customer. This requires a definition of the various individual processes, which are often interlinked and connected in series. The scale-up processes must be taken into account at this stage. Based on technical trials, the individual processes proposed by us and agreed with the customer are validated and their feasibility checked from a commercial and technical point of view. At the end of the e-project phase, we offer our customers a finished technical and commercial solution that enables them to fulfill the framework conditions they have set. However, it is often the case that the best technical solution is not also the most economically viable solution. Weighing up technical feasibility and commercial market conditions is just as important at this stage as the joint definition of a quality management system in order to validate the processes in the long term and ensure consistent quality.
