IN THE SECOND PHASE, THE E-PROCESS, WE DETERMINE THE SUPPLY CHAIN.
WHICH INDIVIDUAL PROCESSES CAN BE OPTIMALLY COMBINED FROM TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL ASPECTS?
Due to the wide range of different machine technologies in the field of mechanical process engineering, A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG offers the possibility of being able to completely take over even complex supply chain projects due to the combination of different systems.
Our customers therefore only have one contact person to realize the entire product up to the final packaging for the customer. This requires a definition of the different individual processes, which are often interlinked and connected in series.
At this stage, the scale-up processes must be taken into account. Based on technical tests, the individual processes proposed by us and coordinated with the customer are validated and their feasibility checked from a commercial and technical point of view. At the end of the E-Project phase there is a complete technical and commercial solution that we offer our customers and with which they can fulfill the framework conditions they have set.
However, the best technical solution often does not turn out to be the most economically viable solution. At this stage, it is just as important to weigh up technical feasibility and commercial market conditions, as is the joint definition of a quality management system in order to validate the processes over the long term and ensure their quality is constant.
All this leads to the e-solution, which should lead to a long-term partnership.
