At this stage, a contractual basis is formulated together with our customers, which promotes our customers’ business in the sense of a partnership and long-term win-win situation and enables us as a manufacturing service provider to keep our systems up to date. To be kept permanently available through maintenance and replacement investments and thus to guarantee the requirements in terms of technology, adherence to delivery dates, quality, price and cleanliness of the final container.
In the case of long-term contracts, we are willing to make existing system technology available to our customers on a dedicated basis or to build and operate new system technologies individually for the customer. In particular, the latter guarantees a common optimal solution in which the advantages of the partnership should be in the foreground.
The flexibility and cost-effective cost structure as well as the large range of systems from A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG are combined with the market requirements, developments and product specifications of our customers in line with our slogan “You make your brand, we make your product”.
