What is Demagnetic?
The metal cleaning system has a dosing system with a negative conical bunker, which ensures a uniform feeding of the metal separator. The conical design describes a conical bunker which is pointed and converges. The metal detection can be combined simultaneously with a sieve, which separates for example impurities from wood, chicken feathers and the like.
An inductively operating metal detector is used here, which detects even the finest metal abrasion and reliably separates it from the good product. Inductive is derived from the word induction and describes the generation of an electrical voltage in a conductor by means of variable magnetic fields.
A screening system developed by Ebbecke is also used here. If a measurable difference in the grain size or grain shape becomes apparent, additional decontamination by “Planoscreen” is the most effective solution. A trouble-free production process avoids delays in delivery, non-compliance with delivery contracts and the resulting claims for recourse, as well as expensive damage to the customer’s image.
