At Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG we can not only screen various bulk materials from the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and animal feed industries without contamination, we can also dry the screened product under a nitrogen atmosphere or a pressure cascade.

Plane sifting
A plane-sifter is a classifier in the mill for separating the grain components. Each plane-sifter contains several classifying compartments with sieve stacks. The separation process of sifting and stratification allows the ground material to be divided into components of different densities.
History
Plane-sifters were formerly used for sieving flour. These machines were invented by Karl Haggenmacher in Budapest in 1888 and replaced the hexagonal sifters.
In addition, Ebbecke’s vibration/rotary screening plant is the technically perfect solution for the contract screening of materials that are difficult to screen. These are often greasy, oily and specifically light products which are not or only very difficult to screen on conventional systems because they smear and stick to the screen inserts due to their technically delicate consistency.
