What are bulk goods?

At Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG bulk goods are processed with high precision. It is a granular or also lumpy mixture, which is in a pourable condition.

Types of bulk goods

• Building materials: topsoil, sand, gravel or cement
• Raw materials: ore, coal or road salt
• Food: Cereals, sugar, salt, coffee or flour
• Pigments, fillers, granules or pellets

Due to their material properties, bulk materials are often stored in silos or bunkers. Depending on the material properties, a distinction is made between free-flowing and cohesive bulk solids.
