The cleanroom concept from Ebbecke.

A new type of hygiene concept has been implemented at our hygiene plant in Schöneck. For the first time, we have built a complete production hall within the hall. All supply media and ventilation systems are located in a special assembly tunnel outside the production area. Thanks to this and the ventilation system from the hospital sector, we are able to filter out both bacteria and viruses and provide an extremely clean production atmosphere. The entire facility has a 24-fold air exchange and its own specially developed social rooms with hygiene sluices and is available to you immediately for wage development.

As a specialized contract manufacturer for the bulk solids industry, we offer a wide range of technical processes – from grinding and drying to mixing, sieving, granulating and filling. Whether complex series production or small individual orders: We are your flexible partner. At our three sites in the Rhine-Main region, we process over 800 products to the highest quality and hygiene standards. Our strength lies in the combination of experienced specialist staff, modern machinery and our own laboratories for chemical, physical and soon also microbiological analyses – including feasibility tests and test series.

As the largest site of A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG, the Schöneck site is predestined by its location to create a unity between modern production, nature and the environment. To ensure this, A. Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik AG has implemented a wide range of measures, often together with partners. The basis for this was not only concepts with the various environmental institutions and associations, but also the measures within the framework of Ebbecke’s Innovative Green Technology project.

Jet Mill AFG 200

The AFG series with system sizes from 200 to 600 mm in diameter ensures the micronization of particle structures in the particle size range from 3 to 20 µm in hardness grades from medium hard to hard. This type of system can guarantee a wide range of different products with a narrow particle size range.

Clean room

The mixing and filling of high-quality products under clean room conditions can also be guaranteed for the highest demands in the pharmaceutical, food, defense, aviation and space sectors with this system, which is unique in Europe.

Production line for gelatinized corn starch

This special plant for pharmaceutical disintegrants based on gelatinized maize starch with subsequent grinding, sifting, drying and filling is used to produce finished powders for further tableting. The integrated grinding combination consisting of a hammer mill and classifier mill can also be used separately for grinding under hygienic conditions.

Liquid mixing line

This unique plant consists of four 10 cubic meter liquid mixing reactors with temperature control and offers the production of up to 20 thousand tons of liquid mixtures per year. In combination with raw material tanks, filtration, osmosis, water and 40 cubic meter water tanks, it can be filled into tank trucks, IBCs, canisters and drums.

Hammer Mill / Flitzmill

This type of system for temperature-sensitive products ensures grinding in the medium grain range and regranulation due to the combination of cutting and impact action and the high air circulation within the mill. Only low temperature peaks are achieved. The final fineness can be adjusted via the sieves and speed.

High-Bay storage Schöneck

Our segmented storage areas with high racks offer safe and clean storage of your raw materials and finished goods. We have over 2 thousand pallet spaces in various segmented storage areas and warehouse buildings.

Hygiene Plant Schöneck

The hygiene production offers the hygienic production of your products from the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical excipients, defense, aviation and space sectors in a GMP production environment. Special changing rooms, hygiene clothing, filter systems and hygiene airlocks as well as a separate logistics hall offer an ideal environment for your high-quality products in separate production areas. The hygiene standard here goes right up to clean room production and can be selected by you depending on your requirements.

Laboratories Schöneck

We guarantee the quality assurance of your products through our chemical, physical and microbiological laboratories. As part of a quality agreement with you, the quality assurance instruments to be used are defined and provide the basis for future compliance with the specification. The laboratories are equipped with the latest analytical equipment. Sample management of the samples taken is possible.

Ploughshare Mixer By Lödige

Ploughshare mixing systems offer the possibility of mixing large powder ranges. They are characterized in particular by high homogeneity, short mixing times, gentle powder handling and the possibility of spraying liquids onto powder carrier material. This universally applicable mixer is a good basis for the efficient production of mixtures.

Pastillation belt

Pastillation belts offer you the option of transferring your liquid components delivered in tankers into granular form via our temperature-controlled storage tanks and the connected pastillation systems. The pastilles produced can be filled into various special containers such as big bags, drums, buckets or cardboard boxes. The combination with our Fitzmill system can supplement the transfer into powder form with the addition of anti-caking agents.

Cryogenic Manufacturing Plant

This unique plant offers the formulation of sensitive products under cryogenic conditions. Various production lines offer cryogenic grinding, cryogenic mixing, cryogenic regranulation and cryogenic compaction in a total capacity of 5 thousand tons. Hot water baths, liquid storage tanks and silo systems provide automation of processing.

Sieving Machine Type EB 100

With and without ultrasonic support, long-stroke screening plants with their horizontal mode of operation offer the highest quality in the field of screening with the lowest percentage of defective particles of less than 0.35 percent. This type of system is indispensable in the processing of special powders in order to guarantee a high level of quality in the end product.
These systems offer maximum flexibility by adjusting the inclination, vibration amplitude and speed in order to adapt the system to the specific requirements of your products.

Spiral Jet Milling System Type ESM 500

These self-developed grinding systems micronize soft to medium-hard particles in the 3 to 20 µm particle size range and are characterized by a high standard of hygiene, a high level of safety thanks to an integrated classifying zone without external classifying wheels and a particularly steep and narrow particle size distribution. As a result, your products can be produced in a particularly gentle, hygienic and high-quality manner. The system is particularly suitable for powders from the defense, aviation, space, food and cosmetics sectors.
