Roll Compactor – the choice for reduced dust products

Our roll compactor line can compact powdery components to granulate with very little dust. Whilst also allowing for several components with divergent properties to be mixed and granulated together. Thus our roll compactor line allows an efficient start-to-finish production of granulates from powder mixtures.
The machinery used at Ebbecke Verfahrenstechnik is equipped with pre- and fine granulators. At the same time, the fines are recirculated via post-screening. The press force of all granulator lines is infinitely variable. In addition, some of the lines are equipped with pre-compaction by means of vacuum infeed.

- Granulator output: 5-500 kg/h
- Feeding via: pre-compaction screw (2-step) and vacuum infeed (partially)
- Product touching parts: stainless steel
- Packaging units for feeding: big bag, octabins, bags, cardboard boxes, drums
- Platform installation: All plant parts are made from non-corrosive materials, with a sealed bed, welded
- Post-screening via vibration screening machine or long-stroke screening machine, with extractable screen insert
- Fine grain recirculation: continuous via suction conveyor return to infeed station
